The Red Flag Rules which help to prevent and detect identity theft are to be required on June 1, 2010 and that is not that far away. The Feds have put this off a couple of times so don't expect them to put it off again. There are many requirements and DCS of PA has been putting together a package for you. The requirements are the same throughout the country.
